Marie Miele Ronayne of Bryn Mawr, PA and Tequesta, FL passed away suddenly on July 2, 2017. A true force of nature, Marie left her presence felt wherever she went. She graduated from Merion Mercy Academy where she won academic and mischief awards. She also graduated from Gwynedd Mercy College and Widener University. This clearly prepared her for over 30 years in education where she taught at St. Denis School and Nether Providence Elementary. An avid golfer, she longed to be on either Tequesta and Llanerch Country Clubs everyday. Loved by her husband Frank, her son Scott, and too many friends to mention, she will be missed for her sense of humor, her forceful personality, and her rubber chickens gifted out to break the ice.
Roman Catholic services will be held in both FL and PA. A viewing will be held at Taylor & Modeen Funeral Home on Friday July 7th 2017 from 9:30 AM until 10:30 AM and mass will be held at St. Jude's Church 204 US Highway One Tequesta, FL 33469 at 11 AM on Friday July 7th 2017.
