David Hilb was born November 15, 1963 in Chicago, Illinois. During his youth, David was commonly referred to as Dave. He resided in Arlington Heights IL., Denver CO., Port Richey, and Jupiter FL. Dave's wife is Florence Hilb (Flo), and they shared a granddaughter (Alyssa Valmer). His beloved parents are Kenneth Hilb (Judi Dalgren) and JoAnn Fratto (George F. Fratto). Dave has three siblings Ken Hilb, Tom Hilb, and Nancy Prince (Hilb). Furthermore, Dave was a fearless brother, loving uncle, phenomenal grandfather, dependable friend, excelling son, and totally loving husband.
Moreover, Dave attended St. Zachary Parish all boys' school, Arlington High School, and Denver Automotive and Diesel College. Dave relocated to South Florida to pursue his passion for diving in the warm ocean. He excelled in a variety of activities and hobbies including: diving, boating, ice hockey, building motorcycles, biking, soft ball, and many more.
Mostly, Dave enjoyed helping people and working on automobiles. He was employed at Pep Boys as a Master Technician for over twenty years and later at Tire Kingdom. In May 2017, he was promoted to a Service Manager and was given his own Tire Kingdom facility in Stuart, Florida.
Nevertheless, Dave's life was concluded at the age of fifty-three. He was loved by many and touched so many people's lives. Dave truly impacted the individuals who he came in contact with, and he treated others with love and respect. Most of all, Dave's legacy will live on through his family and friends. Please join family and friends at a Memorial Service which will be held at Jupiter Plantation dock area on Saturday, June 24th from 1 PM until 5 PM.
